Column Commercial Partners is a Denver based commercial real estate firm. I was asked to design a logo including an architectural column and create marketing collateral that coordinated. The black, blue-gray, and dark orange colors were chosen to reflect professionalism and action.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
As an adjunct marketing effort for CCP I was involved in creating a logo and producing the podcast called Industry Alchemist.
Each episode features an interview with a successful entrepreneur who has been innovative in their industry. The show serves multiple functions, including: advertising CCP, meeting C-level executives who may own or lease commercial real estate, and it offers relevant content for CCP's prospects & clients.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The client, a realtor in Florida, needed a few branded items for her work under the SELLSTATE brokerage franchise. The 'S' in SELLSTATE felt reminiscent of the waves in the ocean and the company colors were very nautical. Additionally, the beaches in Florida are a major selling point in Florida. Thus, all collateral is very clear to represent what nearly everyone comes to Florida for! That beach life!

ABOUT THE PROJECT
The mission of the podcast is to raise awareness about the latest information available for aquarium keepers and make a paradigm shift in how people take responsibility for the care of aquatic life, especially given the fact that unlike most other pets, there may not be a veterinarian to help when problems arise. In this case, education may be the best way to prevent issues or mitigate them.
The name of the podcast is a double entendre, meaning it can be interpreted as something that has been put in an aquarium or as something that was a complete failure. The font was chosen for the plant-like or fin-like shapes in the terminal of the letters. The color palette is suggestive of watery environments.
